Here’s the scoop on the Insane Labz REDRUM pre-workout. I got my hands on a sample from someone who knows I hate the itchy feeling that my normal C4 pre-workout gives me. Plus, most C4 flavors tastes absolutely horrible to me so when I heard this tastes good, and doesn’t have the itch I couldn’t wait to give it a try.
Here are the nutrition facts and sample packaging –> I should have read this before consuming the whole package, seeing as I had been using a mild pre-workout up to this point. Basically be smarter than I was- haha. This was pretty strong for me.
The packaging is one of the most appealing I’ve seen (Huge horror movie junkie here). But if The Shining inspiration isn’t enough for you, the longevity of this product may be enough…just note that all work and no play isn’t good for anyone.
I used the whole packet and LOVED it, the only downside I experienced was based on my previous pre-workout feeling weak and my tolerance not be adjusted to this pre-workout beast. If you’re looking for a pre-workout to give you a good pump while being long lasting, this prework out is for you. I still felt it working it’s magic even after my hour workout was finished. PLUS there was 0 itching feeling and it did not make me feel gross or sick like my old C4 has.
Okay, okay I get it, I should let the Keto topic go. Or maybe next week-for now the my keto, obsessed snack self continues on. Besides the sugarless Keto talk this SB episode crunches the snack world with holiday treats, cool cocktails and 27lbs of mac & cheese.
